FIGHTING TIGER LAX DROPS 32-4 DECISION TO HERKIMER COMMUNITY COLLEGE

The SUNY Cobleskill lacrosse team dropped their Mountain Valley Conference opener on Monday falling to the NJCAA’s number three ranked program Herkimer Community College by a 32-4 margin at the Cobleskill Lacrosse Complex. The loss to the Generals drops the Fighting Tigers’ season record to 1-3 overall with a 0-1 mark in league play.

Freshman Andrew Abbott, Onondaga, NY, Onondaga High School, tallied a goal and two assists on the day for the Fighting Tigers while freshman midfielder Dan Russ, Rensselaer, NY, Columbia High School, tallied once for the Orange & Black.

The Fighting Tigers will return to action on Wednesday April 11th when they host the Vikings of Hudson Valley Community College for a Mountain Valley Conference game beginning at 4:00 PM.
