Yakaboski also doubled in second game going 2-for-7 with three runs scored at the plate on the day.
“We played a better combination of offense and defense today minimizing our errors and coming up with some key hits in pressure situations,” said Fighting Tiger Head Coach Mary Hamm. “I thought that we did a good job of making the adjustment to playing indoors and played fairly well in both games.”
The Fighting Tigers will next be in action over the weekend hosting Dean College on Saturday at Fighting Tiger Park on Saturday April 21st at 2:00 PM then playing host to Clinton Community College on Sunday April 22nd at 1:00 PM.
