NYS Nutrgrowers Association
SUNY Cobleskill faculty member JoAnne Cloughly designed a specialty brownie to celebrate the 2004 meeting of the NYS Nutrgrowers Association. The meeting was held at the SUNY Cobleskill campus on Saturday 3/27/04. JoAnne Cloughly is a certified, executive pastry chef. Dr. Anne Rogan, Dean of Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Tourism indicated that Chef Cloughly took a great deal of time to create a recipe where the NYS grown black walnuts would be featured but not overwhelm the delicate flavor balance of the brownie.
