Commercial Cooking

Students pursuing career skills and not a degree in culinary arts may receive a certificate in Commercial Cooking. It is recommended that students have two units of high school mathematics and keyboarding. The certificate provides students with basic skills in food handling including food sanitation, nutrition, food preparation and service.
