Often students completing associates degrees are faced with challenges as they attempt to transfer into Colleges offering 4-year Baccalaureate programs in the liberal arts and sciences. The SUNY Cobleskill faculty designed a Baccalaureate program that maximizes the recognition of the knowledge and skills learned in an associate's degree program as the BBA was developed. Most transfer students with an appropriate associate's degree will complete the BBA at SUNY Cobleskill in 2 years of additional study. The Baccalaureate program adds to the students' knowledge and skill base opening career possibilities in management of restaurants, institutional foodservices, and hotels and resorts.
