• Agricultural Industrial Equipment, A.A.S.
• Overview

The goal of the Agricultural Industrial Equipment major is the communication of the technical knowledge and skills involved in marketing and servicing industrial and construction equipment. Students at SUNY Cobleskill will be involved in the maintenance and repair of backhoes, loaders, forklifts, small dozers and other light construction equipment.

Students work to gain practical experience in diagnosing and servicing of hydraulics, electrical, engines, transmissions and final drives. Students also learn the basics working with hydraulic and electrical schematics. The elements of retail marketing, so essential to success in this competitive field, round out the Agricultural Industrial Equipment major.
