Degree Requirements

To receive the Bachelor of Technology degree in Landscape Contracting, the candidate must complete 126 hours with a minimum of 71 credit hours of major field requirements, 21 credit hours of technical requirements and electives, and 34 credit hours of additional liberal arts and science courses that include selections from eight of the SUNY Board of Trustees-mandated General Education categories.  The major field credit requirements include an off-campus semester internship which accounts for 15 of the required credit hours.  The minimum grade point average required for successful completion of the degree is 2.00.
