Satisfactory Academic Progress for Title IV Student Assistance:

All students who receive Title IV financial aid must be making satisfactory academic progress. Title IV aid refers to federally funded aid programs which include:

Pell Grant
Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG)
College Work-Study
Perkins Loans/National Director Student Loans
Stafford Loans (includes PLUS and Supplemental Loans)

Satisfactory academic progress requires a student to be in good academic standing as defined by the College and the student must be making progress toward a degree. This progress is measured as follows:

Associate Degree Programs:

20 credits earned after 2 semesters
42 credits earned after 4 semesters
66 credits earned after 6 semesters

Bachelor of Technology Program:

20 credits earned after 2 semesters
42 credits earned after 4 semesters
66 credits earned after 6 semesters
