    Program Requirements

Admissions:
First Year students – 80% H.S. average; 1000 SAT minimum (math/verbal);  with good grades in biology, chemistry and mathematics

Transfer Students – 2.0 minimum and science-specific GPA with strong science and mathematics background. Majors biology and chemistry and first year college mathematics should e completed for students entering as sophomores; junior transfers are recommended to have microbiology or cellular biology or molecular genetics in their backgrounds.
