Refund Policy
SUNY Cobleskill Inclement Weather or Emergencies
The State University of New York at Cobleskill is a residential community and must stay open at all times. Only the Governor has the authority to close the campus. However, there are occasions when a weather emergency will create the need for:

Early dismissal or delayed start of classes
In all cases, employees and students must use their best judgment in determining their own safety when traveling to and from the campus. -
Class Cancellation
Faculty will make individual decisions in regards to cancellation of classes and will contact students directly.
Refund Policy
An individual withdrawing from a PACE Career Training Certificate, non-credit class or conference/workshop and requesting a refund must notify The Office of Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) in Knapp Hall Room 144 either in person or by email at pace@cobleskill.edu. Refunds will be in the form of a check or repayment to the original credit card.

*If PACE or the individual is able to recruit a replacement for the position in class, a full refund will be distributed.
In the event of insufficient class/course registration the University reserves the right to cancel the program and refund all payments.
