The Agricultural Science Associates in Applied Science Degree is designed yo give the student a broad based education with an overview of the course work in the plant sciences. Many students use this option to transfer into our Bachelor of Technology Degree Programs or to transfer to other colleges. There are many career opportunities for the students in this degree program, some of include:

Agricultural Science: Ornamental Horticulture / Recreation and Sports Area Management students must complete a minimum of 66 credit hours of academic work with a GPA of not less than 2.00. This includes 13 - 26 credits of major field requirements, 3 -12 credits major field e lectives, 28 - 34 credits in prescribed areas of Liberal Arts and Sciences, and 5 -12 credits of general electives.
