At SUNY Cobleskill, students majoring in Business Administration, Information Technology, and Culinary Arts learn the most current thinking, theories, and practices in their respective fields. That’s why SUNY Cobleskill graduates are in such high demand. “Smart” classrooms and new computer labs use the most advanced technology as students prepare for their careers in a setting that mirrors the realities of the modern workplace. The College’s Culinary Arts program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation and students consistently win medals at the International Hotel, Motel and Restaurant Show.

Business Administration students prepare for a variety of careers with a solid foundation in basic business skills. Accounting students learn that their field includes a great deal more than gathering information. The financial knowledge they graduate with is often the basis for important business decisions.

Information Technology students build a foundation for management positions in technology-focused organizations. The Financial Services program prepares students for one of the nation’s fastest growing professions, helping individuals and companies with their financial decisions. After taking their CFP exam, graduates work in areas such as insurance, investments, banking, real estate and personal financial planning.

And at SUNY Cobleskill, the study of food service is elevated to an art with equal emphasis on classic and contemporary cuisine. Newly-renovated culinary arts kitchens are like those found in fine restaurants. There are fully-equipped kitchens, as well as the American Heritage, a student-run fine dining restaurant which is located on campus.

SUNY Cobleskill's Culinary Arts program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation. Our students consistently win medals at the International Hotel, Motel and Restaurant Show.
