Pleasure Package FAQs

1. How much does this cost?

This program is completely free to students.

 

2. How many condoms are in an order? 

Six condoms per order.

 

3. How many female condoms and dental dams per order? 

One of each per order.

 

4. How many packets of lubricant per order? 

Three per order.

 

5. I do not see a survey code or my survey code is not working, what should I do? 

The survey code is located after the following text:

 

"Thank you for completing our survey! The survey code is XXXX."

 

If this code does not work, then clear your browser’s cache and refresh the browser. We may have changed the code since the last time you took the survey.

 

6. How long do I have to wait for my order?

3-4 business days are needed to process your order. If you need safer sex supplies sooner, please stop by the Wellness Center or check with your residence advisor.

 

The Wellness Center is open Monday-Friday 8 am- 4:15 pm.

 

7. Where is my order?

If has been more than 3-4 business days and you have not received your order, please email pleasurepackage@cobleskill.edu.

 

The mailroom does not manage the pleasure packages orders so that will not be able to tell you where your order is.

 

8. I live off-campus can I still order Pleasure Packages?

Yes, just ask the mailroom for a free on-campus mailbox.

 

9. I want a product that is not shown, is it possible to get special products?

Possibly. Get in touch with the Pleasure Package Team at pleasurepackage@cobleskill.edu with special requests.

 

10. I am an RA and I need safer sex supplies for my building/a program. Is there a wait to order supplies through the Pleasure Package?

Yes, we have added an RA ordering section. This allows RAs to order for their building. This is not anonymous. RDs receive these orders in their mailboxes and will bring them to the RA that placed the order. If you are an RA and have any questions about this service, please email pleasurepackage@cobleskill.edu .
