Champlin Hall's breakfast specialties are omelets and eggs made-to-order, make-your-own waffles, fresh fruits and pastries, and an assortment of daily breakfast items. For lunch and dinner you may choose from fresh homemade pizza and soup, delicious deli bar specials, daily “cook-to-order” specials ranging from pasta, Asian, wraps, omelets, steak sandwiches and fajitas on a rotating basis, fresh salads and an assortment of daily entrees. We are also offering “Lean Line” items and are in the process of developing our nutritional data base. Don't forget our delicious desserts from the campus bakery.
