MEAL PLAN AND COBYCASH
INFORMATION
The Cobleskill Auxiliary Service offers a college debit account and several meal plan options. Your CobyCard is a debit card and can be used in The College Store, vending machines, Cobleskill downtown merchants and any CAS dining facility on campus. Funds can be added at anytime and will roll over to the next semester. Funds may be added by stopping by the CobyCard Office, calling the office with a credit card, by mailing a check or money order, and now on-line http://www.cobleskill.edu/cas The CobyCard activates meal plans at any CAS Dining Facility on campus. Weekly meal plans run from Monday breakfast to Sunday dinner, and are for your use only. Students living on campus are required to select one of the On-Campus meal plans listed below and sign a meal plan contract. Off campus/commuter students may choose any of the meal plans. Each meal plan comes with 5 bonus meals (per semester) and varied amounts of Coby Cash (see list below). Your semester bill must be satisfied in order for your meal plan and CobyCard to remain activated. If you have any special food requirements or food allergies, please contact Dining Services at 518-255-5202.
NEWLY ACCEPTED STUDENTS
If you are a new resident student at SUNY Cobleskill, you will be billed for the 17 weekly meal plan that includes $225.00 worth of Coby Cash, and 5 bonus meals per semester. You may change this to any of the traditional meal plans listed in the table below. Students can combine any Traditional Meal Plan with the Flex Plan 3 or 5. Please change your tuition bill to reflect any change. If you are an off campus/commuter student, you may choose from any of the meal plans below.
CONTINUING STUDENTS
If you are a returning resident student, you had the opportunity at the end of the semester to change your meal plan, or you may do so now. Please be sure your tuition bill reflects the meal plan you prefer.
CHANGES OR ADDITIONS
If you wish to make a change, please notify the CobyCard Office at (518) 255-5886 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, leave a message or email after hours. Adjust your tuition bill to reflect your change.

Your CobyCard is your official SUNY Cobleskill Picture I.D. that is needed for for Resident Hall entry, the Library, Recreation Lodge, Athletic Department, Computer Lab, Student Activities, meal plan, Laundry and to access your debit account to use on campus and downtown Cobleskill. Students are issued one card at registration for their entire career at SUNY Cobleskill.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
NO meal plan reductions can be made after the first week of classes. Please choose CAREFULLY.

Residential Students will have unlimited use of Laundry Facilities and a mandatory $45.00 fee added to their Meal Plan.
