Mission, Vision and Purpose
Mission:
Dining Services is committed to providing quality food and professional services in a responsible, affordable manor.
We are guided by the following principles---

We believe in a self-operated food service giving the university a greatest
control with fiscal responsibility, personnel, and highest food quality.
We remain nimble and responsive to support the university community in
fulfilling its academic mission.
Purpose:
To serve quality, fresh food and accommodate the needs of our customers by providing an atmosphere of willingness and dedication to serve.
To remain a head of the competitive curve by staying up-to-date with industry trends, staying in close contact with our customers, and by being pro-active to the changing needs of our customers.
To provide training and knowledge exchange to strengthen our professional culinary skills and provide the best possible customer service using
all of our skill sets.
