The College Store serves students, faculty, staff, and visitors to SUNY Cobleskill. We offer the following products and services:

• Special-order books – if we do not have it, we can get it

• Dorm linen program (information mailed directly from linen provider)

Textbook Prepaid Prepack Service
This service offers prepacked new and used books to all students. Simply fill out the appropriate form (see the Important Forms) and return it to The College Store at least three weeks before classes begin. This is a very fast and convenient way to purchase textbooks. Used books are sold on a first come, first served basis.

Refunds and Exchanges
Full refund on textbooks for the first two weeks of classes, if the following conditions are met:
• MUST have original receipt
• Book is unmarked and in saleable condition
• Disks/CD’s must be unopened for returns
• Shrink wrapped books must be unopened

In the case of withdrawals and dropped courses, the appropriate forms must be presented within 24 hours of final approval.

Book Buyback
Our policy is to buy current edition books that are going to be used in the following semester at 50% of the purchase price. If your books are not being used in the upcoming semester, they may still have a buyback value.

Check Cashing Policy
The College Store will cash personal checks for students up to $25. We will also cash checks from a parent or guardian up to $100. There is a $.25 charge to cash a check without making a purchase. NY State & CAS payroll checks may also be cashed in The College Store. Third-party checks and checks from other students may not be cashed in The College Store.

Forms of Payment Accepted
You may pay for your purchases with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Coby Cash.

An ATM and copy machine are available outside The College Store. All checks and refunds are subject to Management's approval.
