Dining Service Meal Plan Account
All resident students are required to purchase a meal plan, and non-resident (commuter) students have the option of doing so. For students who purchase meal plans, the CobyCard will allow access to all CAS dining facilities during meal hours.

The College Store
With a valid CobyCard you may use Coby Cash for merchandise purchases at The College Store. This includes your textbooks, any supplies, necessities, etc.

Vending & Laundry
There is no need to worry about getting change for vending. Snacks and beverages may be purchased from vending machines on campus using your valid CobyCard loaded with CobyCash.

Washing machines and dryers in the residence halls are also on-line for use with your CobyCard.  Residential Students will have unlimited use of laundry facilities. Resident students just swipe and do laundry.

If you encounter a malfunction with any vending or laundry machine on campus, please contact Extension 5230 (CAS Office) or 5886 (CobyCard Office) for instructions.

Off Campus
The CobyCard can be used for purchases off campus.  Cobleskill downtown merchants will accept the CobyCard Debit Card.  Look for a listing of mechants or contact the CobyCard Office for the list of merchants at  518-255-5886.

Library
CobyCard is used to check items in and out of the Library.

Computer Lab
CobyCard is used to gain access into the Computer Labs in Warner Hall.

Athletic Department
CobyCard is used in the fitness center and for other athletic equipment and services on campus. Your CobyCard identifies you as a valid user of these facilities.

Recreation Lodge and Ski Center
With your CobyCard you may use the equipment needed for your enjoyment at the Recreation Lodge free-of-charge. This includes, and is not limited to, all ski equipment, snowshoes, trail and lift tickets, volleyball, ping-pong, etc.

Student Activities
CobyCard will assure you a student rate when purchasing tickets to campus events such as concerts, plays, movies, etc.

Please note: You may not withdraw funds from your Coby Cash Account. No cash withdrawals are available (see the COBY CASH ACCOUNT FORM). This account is specifically designed to assist you with auxiliary budget needs.
