The CobyCard is your official SUNY Cobleskill photo ID card. This card is used to gain entry to Resident Halls and to access your meal plan and also to make purchases.

CobyCash
A CobyCash account functions as a debit account. You can spend CobyCash on campus in the College Store, CAS dining facilities and vending machines and Cobleskill downtown merchants.

Unused funds greater than $10.00 will be refunded upon request at the end of the spring semester. Otherwise the funds will be available for use the next semester.

You can add funds to your CobyCash account in a number of ways:

1. Online [click here to add funds]
2. Calling (8:00AM - 5:00PM) with a credit card
3. Mailing a check or money order
4. In person

The CobyCard provides access to the following: Resident Halls, Recreation Lodge, Athletic Department (pool, equipment and supplies), Library, Laundry, Computer Lab, Student Activities (movies, plays, concerts, picnics, special events, etc.)

The CobyCard is issued at registration for your entire career at Cobleskill. The CobyCard contains an antenna coil and an integrated electronic chip for keyless Resident Hall entry.  This card is your responsibility and must be handled with care.  There will be a $25.00 replacement fee for lost, stolen or damaged cards.  If the card is lost, you must notify your RD or the RD on duty and call the CobyCard Office at 5886.  CAS is not responsible for loss of funds due to theft or misuse of card.

The CobyCard Office can supply you with a detailed account of your card usage. This information can be printed out for you at any time during office hours. The CobyCard Office will be happy to answer any questions about your meal plan and CobyCash.
