Meal plan policies:
• Each meal plan is for the contracted customer’s use only. If you would like to treat a guest, you may use a Bonus Guest Meal or your Coby Cash. You must be present to use your CobyCard for these transactions. No notes or telephone calls will be accepted.
• Meal plan counts are reset each week on Monday morning.
• In Champlin Hall a policy of unlimited “helpings” guarantees that students will not go away hungry. For dieters half portions are available along with lower-fat entrees and salad dressings. Special diets for health reasons and vegetarian entrees are also available.
• Five Bonus Meals (per semester) are added to each meal plan. Bonus Meals may also be used if a student runs short of meals, or to treat a guest.
• CobyCards are provided to students and must be presented to the cashier when entering dining areas. A $10 fee is charged for a replacement card.
• Students who are ill may secure a sick pass from the Residence Director and have someone else pick up a meal for them.
• You may request a copy of your account history between 8AM and 4PM Monday - Friday from the
CobyCard Office (Ext. 5886).
• No meal plan REDUCTIONS can be processed after the first week of classes.
Please choose carefully.
• All SUNY Cobleskill students living in a residence hall sign a housing contract which requires them to choose one of the meal plan options.

• Temporary ID Vouchers are available only until breakfast the next day.
• Report a lost or found CobyCard to any CAS representative as soon as possible.
