Coby’s is a collaborative effort between SUNY Cobleskill and CAS Dining Services which provides the campus and community with a distinguished dining experience. A calm atmosphere and a diverse menu makes Coby’s a destination unlike any other offered in town.

Coby's offers a cozy gathering place where the college and community can come together to celebrate life’s journeys with delicious food, fine wines, and popular beers. In this unique learning environment, SUNY Cobleskill culinary students develop their professional skills under the supervision of engaged faculty members to create an array of culinary delights for the public. Come relax with family and friends and share a special moment in time.
