Please help us gather the information necessary to measure our progress, recognize our volunteers, and create true learning outcomes for our students. Both pre and post-engagement data is needed and is easy to enter through these online forms.
Sign Up to Volunteer - Sign up as an individual and become part of a team, or register an entire team at once.
On-Site Work Agreement - For all outings, individuals, or a team leader, must have this form signed by the property owner or on-site coordinator prior to commencing work. A Sign-In Sheet to register volunteers must also be completed. Upon completion of your project, please return both forms to the Center for Community Engagement in the Student Life Center of Bouck Hall.
Club Action Program (CAP) - For campus clubs interested in qualifying for CAP Dollars, projects must be approved and post project assessments must be submitted. Fall and spring projects can qualify, but CAP dollars do not carry forward and must be used in the same academic year. Therefore, projects must be completed and forms must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to commencement. Clubs can qualify for up to $400 total per academic year.
Post-Project Assessment - All individuals / teams are required to complete this report.
Request Volunteers - Community partners can request volunteers. Please submit your request a minimum of 30 days prior to your event.
