This project involves site improvements and reconstruction of a va riety of campus green spaces, plazas and walkways.
Specifically, a courtyard will be created between Knapp Hall and Bouck Hall that will include specialty paving and stone work, making up a plaza space dedicated to the recognition of those who have served in the United States Armed Services. The courtyard will also include green space, trees, new walkways, lighting, and reconstruction of the pedestrian bridge to the main entrance of Knapp Hall.

Other campus site-surface upgrades will extend from Knapp Hall through the campus core and the middle quad at Bouck Hall past Van Wagenen Library and Wheeler Hall to the historic quad ending at Frisbie Hall. Included in these improvements are new concrete walkways, outdoor gathering and plaza spaces with specialty paving, stone seating walls, granite stairs and landscaping. A critical upgrade in ADA accessibility included developing a compliant route from the Suffolk Circle at Knapp Hall to Frisbie Hall and the historic quad. The project also addresses the relocation, construction or replacement of storm water utilities, lighting upgrades along all walkways within the project limits.
