The SUNY Cobleskill Alumni Association offers several annual scholarships to outstanding students. These include:

- The Phylis Winkelman Scholarship
- The Frank Westfall Jr. Memorial Scholarship
- The Bill Barton Alumni Scholarship
- Brown's Feed Scholarship
- Henrietta E. Kugler Bachelor of Technlogoy Scholarship
- Sam Miner Alumni Livestock Scholarship
Legacy Scholarships of $500 to $1,000 are awarded each year to selected incoming freshmen with good academic standing, whose parents or grandparents attended SUNY Cobleskill.
