SUNY Cobleskill's Eric Kim Named NEAC Co-Golfer-of-the-Week
The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) announced that SUNY Cobleskill sophomore Eric Kim of Loudonville, N.Y., Shaker High School, has been named the league's Co-Golfer-of-the-Week for the period ending Sunday, September 22. This marks the fourth consecutive week a Fighting Tiger team member has been selected for the award.
Kim led the Fighting Tigers to a fourth place finish at the 2013 Gator Invitational hosted by Sage College at the par 72/7292 yard Olde Kinderhook Golf Course in Valatie, N.Y. on Wednesday afternoon. The sophomore fired a round of three-over par 75 to finish tied for third overall in the field of 32 players. The only participants at the tournament who bettered Kim's effort were players from The College of Saint Rose, an NCAA Division II program.
