Why did you choose SUNY Cobleskill?
I chose SUNY
Cobleskill because of the welcoming staff that I met at the open house, the
wrestling club, the small student body. And, when I got to SUNY Cobleskill I
fell in love with the campus.
What is your
favorite place to be (on campus or in the community) here in Cobleskill?
Some
of my favorite places to be in Cobleskill are the dining halls, the cooking
labs, and the wrestling room as well as the Studio for Art & Craft in town.
What are your future
plans for after SUNY Cobleskill?
After attending SUNY Cobleskill I want to
attend Delaware Valley College for food science and crop science. My main goal
is to own my own restaurant where I will grow and raise the food on site behind
the restaurant. I will have a food stand as well. This way the food stand
brings customers to the restaurant and the restaurant will bring customers to
the food stand.
How has SUNY
Cobleskill challenged you?
SUNY Cobleskill has
challenged me in a few ways. Coming from Long Island the first week I had some
culture shock, but adapted very quickly and love it. Also SUNY Cobleskill has
showed me how much effort needs to be put into the work for your classes.
What opportunities
has SUNY Cobleskill afforded you?
SUNY Cobleskill has
afforded me endless opportunities. It is guiding me on the road of success to
enjoy doing what I love. As well as taught me life skills and opened my eyes to
the many opportunities that are presented to one person when going to college.
Also I have created friendships that will last a lifetime.
