Mission: Student Accounts supports the college’s mission by collecting campus and student payments, processing financial aid and refunds and providing information to college officials and regulatory agencies.
The Student Accounts office is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4:15 PM.
We accept payments of cash, check (made payable to SUNY Cobleskill), and credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover). Students may pay online with credit card by signing into BANNER WEB with their student ID and PIN numbers, choosing Student, choosing Pay Online and then following the prompts. We also accept credit card information by phone for payment.
SUNY Cobleskill offers a monthly payment plan to pay tuition, room, meal plan and fees. Please call Student Accounts for details.
