College Logo Request Form

All newspaper, magazine, and publication advertising must be produced by the C&M office to ensure it meets College branding standards.

The College logo may be used in two configurations, each in black, Pantone 021 (Cobleskill Orange) and white:

• The logo and/or logo with Grow • Sustain • Renew tag line may not be altered in any manner.
• Neither logo configuration may be stretched or distorted in any manner.
• No underlay or overlay of other elements is permitted, nor may other elements be attached or used in close proximity to the logo.
• No other graphic or text may be combined with the logo.
• When either the logo or logo with tag line unit is used with other logos or visual elements (such as multiple logos used together in a College-sponsored event promotion), other graphic elements must not be closer than the distance equivalent to the full height of the logo, either above, below or on the right side of the logo. Preferred placement of the College logo is either above or centered amongst other logos, or first logo on the left of the group of logos.
• The spaces above and to the left of the logo must remain clear, no graphic element may be used in those positions. 
• Height of other logos and visual elements must not exceed the height of the logo. If another logo or visual element requires other consideration, please contact Communications & Marketing to provide guidance.
• Important: when using the College logo with other logos, you are required to provide a proof to C&M for approval or guidance prior to production.

The logo and/or logo with Grow•Sustain•Renew tag line may be used in Black, Pantone 021 orange or white, as shown above. No other colors are permitted. The logo or logo with tag line unit may be used in white over a color. Please consult with C&M prior to production of any item where the logo is used in white over a color.
