Webmaster Overview

SUNY Cobleskill's Webmaster provides vision, leadership, and oversight for www.cobleskill.edu. The Webmaster oversees the design, content, information architecture, assessment of marketing effectiveness, web analytics, functional innovation, priorities, and overall utility of the website. The Webmaster also serves the Content Managers with support and training. Content Managers are given access to their respective departmental pages to make edits as necessary.

OmniUpdate Content Managers have the ability to:

• add and edit text
• upload files and images
• insert links to external webpages, internal webpages, or documents
• insert images
• publish their webpages to the internet
  
  

Contact the Webmaster if you want to:

• edit a page for which you don't have access
• create a new page or section
• reorganize pages or sections
• delete pages, sections, or files
• change left column links
• change a title of a page
• add a new user
• add photos or a photo gallery
• add video
• discuss a new idea
• ask a question about the site or a webpage
• get OmniUpdate training
• learn more about performing web edits
