At the ITS Helpdesk, we provide only the best services for our students and faculty. The Helpdesk is a unified concept to accomplish a "one-stop" approach to providing support for student computing problems and assistance with other academic computer needs.
The ITS department strives to keep users up to date on important messages and notices regarding our services, such as system down times, scheduled maintenance of computer equipment, announcements, etc. These messages will be sent out to your campus email or posted on Sharepoint.

Note: The Helpdesk and ITS DO NOT provide hardware technical support or services for student-owned computers. Many times a warranty agreement will be voided by an unauthorized service. Contact the company where the purchase was made for authorized service providers and hardware support.
