All course and curriculum revisions, as well as new academic minors must be submitted to the committee before April 30 of the academic year. Pending approval by the Provost, the revision/academic minor will take effect/become available in the fall of the following academic year or later as specified in the proposal.
The following minor revisions may be sent directly to the registrar:
Course name changes and Catalog description changes, when there are no other revisions to the course. Please send en electronic copy of the revision to the curriculum committee for our records.
For all course revisions or deletions, a course syllabus/syllabi including changes outlined in the proposal must be submitted with the proposal.
