The SUNY Cobleskill Liberty Partnerships Program is in the process of developing its own Youth Leadership Council (YLC) made up of students in grades 9-12 with representation from each partner school district. Council members will be advocates for the program in their home schools and represent our entire program across the State. They will be charged with creating a mission statement and a set of governing bylaws. Participants will develop leadership, communication, and team building skills as they work together to identify local needs that they can address.
